Packing a POP with a well thought out color scheme will make creating looks while traveling a breeze!
I'm constantly finding inspiration for my personal style everywhere I go and I find planning ahead with your looks is very helpful when your swapping out pieces from a daytime meeting, to drinks with friends at an outside garden, and hitting the downtown scene.
Here I'm super inspired by "The Talented Mr. Ripley", where the music was jazz, the scene was San Remo and the looks were classic! A navy blazer goes a long way when paired with nautical stripes, or a polka-dot button down, and a POP of the un-expected in the tiger print t-shirt. In the blazing hot summer days and cool nights, going from uptown to downtown is simple and fresh.
As you can see the color palette of navy and white makes for a no-fuss, get your ass out of the door, a no-brainer. I always like to add an un-expected element too. Notice the chain on the blue denim from The Kooples, or the star necklace and white beaded bracelet, to the David Yurman chain and one-of-a-kind gold and silver skull ring that I wear on my middle finger. These add that little bit of extra "cool factor" when getting your personal style together and great talking points when networking the room!
Hope your enjoy these looks and feel free to contact me on the styles you see here or setting up color schemes for your next trip! I always love chatting about fashion!
